What this policy covers

This policy explains what information the F.O.C.U.S. Decision-Maker's Diagnostic Platform collects when you use this site, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and the diagnostic hosted on it.

It also applies to the Coach Kay Elevates diagnostic intake forms hosted on coachkayai.life subdomains, including the AI Brain, Agent Readiness, Automation Gap, and System Build diagnostics, and the Founding 10 application.

Information we collect

We keep collection narrow on purpose. The diagnostic is a clarity instrument, not a data gathering exercise.

• Diagnostic answers. The options you select and the reflections you write are stored so you can leave and come back to an unfinished diagnostic.
• Your email address. To open your results you either sign in or give an email address at the results step. If you give an address, it is stored with the answers and scores from that run so we can send you your results and follow up about the programs described on this site.
• Your name and organization, if you create an account. Signing in with email and password asks for your full name and organization so your results and saved runs can be addressed to you. Neither is required to take the diagnostic anonymously.
• A resume token. A random identifier is created in your browser and stored with your saved answers so your run can be restored. If you ask for your results by email, the link in that email carries the token so the same results open on another device.
• Technical request data. Our hosting provider processes standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps in order to serve and secure the site.

What we do not collect

The diagnostic questions themselves do not ask for your name, your employer, your address, or payment details, and completing it does not require an account. If you create an account to save results across visits, that account asks for a name. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your reflections with third parties for advertising.

Diagnostic intake forms

When you submit one of our diagnostic intake forms, we collect your first name, email address, and the answers you choose to give. Last name, business or project name, and some questions are optional.

These forms run on our customer relationship management platform, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores your submission and sends our emails on our behalf. Your submission creates a contact record there so a human can review it and reply.

We use your submission to review your request and to email you about that request, including a recommended next step. Submitting a form does not enroll you in ongoing marketing, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

AI tools may help organize and summarize what you submitted. A human reviews every submission and is responsible for any recommendation. Do not include passwords, API keys, private customer records, health information, or other confidential or regulated information in a form.

Submissions are kept while we review and follow up on your request. To request access to or deletion of your submission, contact us at the address below.

How your information is used

Your answers are used to calculate your layer scores, your awareness band, and your personalized install plan, and to let you resume an unfinished diagnostic. Aggregated and de-identified patterns may be used to improve the questions and the framework guidance.

Where your information is stored

Diagnostic sessions are stored in a managed cloud database operated on our behalf by our hosting and database providers. Access from the browser is mediated by validated server functions rather than direct database access, and database access rules restrict reads and writes to those server functions. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest by the database provider.

Your browser storage

The resume token is kept in your browser using local storage. Clearing your browser storage, or selecting Start over inside the diagnostic, removes that token from your device.

If you asked for your results by email, that message contains a link carrying the same token, so those results can be opened on any device. Anyone holding that link can open them, so treat it as private. Clearing your browser storage does not disable the link. Contact us if you need the run removed.

Cookies and analytics

This site loads Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel on every page, which can include cross-site tracking technology, alongside the hosting platform's own basic analytics. Beyond those, storage this codebase controls directly is limited to what the site needs in order to function, including the resume token described above.

Retention and deletion

Unfinished diagnostic sessions are retained so you can resume them. You can delete a session yourself at any time by selecting Start over, which clears your answers on that device. Selecting Start over clears that device, and it does not remove the stored run or any email address you gave.

If you gave an email address, that address and the results of that run are kept so your results link keeps working and so we can follow up. To request deletion of a stored run or your email address from our records, contact us with your request and we will confirm once it is removed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to object to certain processing. Send any request to the contact address below. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period and without charge in ordinary cases.

Children

This platform is built for decision-makers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is handled, the effective date above will be updated and the revised policy will be posted on this page.
