What this policy covers

This policy explains what information the F.O.C.U.S. Decision-Maker's Diagnostic Platform collects when you use this site, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and the diagnostic hosted on it.

Information we collect

We keep collection narrow on purpose. The diagnostic is a clarity instrument, not a data gathering exercise.

• Diagnostic answers. The options you select and the reflections you write are stored so you can leave and come back to an unfinished diagnostic.
• A resume token. A random identifier is created in your browser and stored with your saved answers so your session can be restored on the same device and browser. It is not tied to your name.
• Technical request data. Our hosting provider processes standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps in order to serve and secure the site.

What we do not collect

The diagnostic does not ask for your name, your employer, your address, or payment details, and it does not require an account. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your reflections with third parties for advertising.

How your information is used

Your answers are used to calculate your layer scores, your awareness band, and your personalized install plan, and to let you resume an unfinished diagnostic. Aggregated and de-identified patterns may be used to improve the questions and the framework guidance.

Where your information is stored

Diagnostic sessions are stored in a managed cloud database operated on our behalf by our hosting and database providers. Access from the browser is mediated by validated server functions rather than direct database access, and database access rules restrict reads and writes to those server functions. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest by the database provider.

Your browser storage

The resume token is kept in your browser using local storage. Clearing your browser storage, or selecting Start over inside the diagnostic, removes that token from your device and ends your ability to resume that session.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run cross-site tracking. Any strictly necessary storage is limited to what the site needs in order to function, including the resume token described above.

Retention and deletion

Unfinished diagnostic sessions are retained so you can resume them. You can delete a session yourself at any time by selecting Start over, which clears your answers on that device. To request deletion of a stored session from our records, contact us with your request and we will confirm once it is removed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to object to certain processing. Send any request to the contact address below. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period and without charge in ordinary cases.

Children

This platform is built for decision-makers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is handled, the effective date above will be updated and the revised policy will be posted on this page.
